Introductory call
The initial conversation is free. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so the time can be released or rescheduled.
Discovery and booked sessions
Fees are communicated before confirmation. Unless another agreement applies, sessions may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes may require payment for reserved and prepared time.
Project changes or termination
Projects are organised around phases and deliverables. Change requests are reviewed for their effect on dependencies, timing and completed work. Termination follows the specific agreement.
When a refund may apply
A refund may cover amounts paid for work not yet started when cancellation is allowed by the agreement. Completed work, reserved time and approved third-party costs are generally not refundable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
